Facilities

The visitor path is not adapted for wheelchair users, and there is no accessible toilet on site. If you have special needs, please write to us before your visit at iasi@gradinaluminilor.ro. Guide dogs are allowed. Strollers are allowed; bicycles must be left outside the entrance. Toilets and a restaurant are available on site. There is no medical assistance and no Wi‑Fi. Smoking is not allowed; alcohol may be consumed only in designated areas.

What to wear?

Please remember this is an outdoor exhibition. We recommend dressing for the weather and wearing flat shoes due to uneven ground and slippery surfaces.

No pets

For the wellbeing of animals, pets are not allowed on the exhibition grounds, except for guide dogs. Light and sound effects may not be tolerated by animals. Thank you for your understanding.

Tickets

Where can I buy tickets?

Tickets are sold online: single tickets and season passes. We recommend buying in advance – the daily number of single tickets is limited.

Are there any discounts?

Reduced tickets are available for children under 12, seniors aged 60+, people with disabilities and their caregivers. Children under 100 cm have a special ticket; height is measured at the entrance.

Is there a season ticket?

Yes. The season pass gives unlimited entry throughout the exhibition, on any day and at any time the garden is open. Until 22 October 2026 the season pass costs the same as a single ticket (Early Bird). Buy a season pass.

Can I get a refund?

Purchased tickets cannot be refunded if you decide not to visit. If the exhibition is closed by the organiser, ticket holders will be informed about using their tickets on another date or about a refund of the amount paid.

Can I change the date of my visit?

Yes. The ticket can be used on another date. A ticket bought at the weekday price (Monday–Thursday) can be used on another day with the same price. A ticket bought at the weekend and holiday price can be used on any day the exhibition is open.

Do you offer group tickets?

We do not offer group tickets.

Visiting and facilities

Is there parking?

Yes, parking is available and free of charge.

Can I bring a bicycle or a stroller?

Strollers are allowed. Bicycles must be left outside the garden entrance.

Can I bring my pet?

Pets are not allowed. Guide dogs are welcome.

Is there food and drink on site?

Yes, there is a restaurant on site.

Is the exhibition accessible for people with disabilities?

The exhibition route is marked with directional signs placed throughout the exhibition area.

What should I wear when visiting the exhibition?

The exhibition takes place entirely outdoors, so we recommend wearing weather-appropriate clothing and comfortable, flat-soled shoes.

Is smoking or drinking alcohol allowed on the exhibition grounds?

Smoking is prohibited. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas.
